Day two in Orlando was planned to be a pretty restful day.

We got an Uber to Disney Springs and had a look around the shops. One of the first stops was Star Wars Trading Post where we got the special Galaxy’s Edge coke bottles. We were informed our hire car collection would be later than booked as the desk wasn’t open at the time we had booked.

Lunch was a walk in at Earl of Sandwich. I had a wrap, cookie and root beer.

Then it was a walk across the bridge out of Disney Springs to the Disney Springs Resort Area and Wyndham Lake Buena Vista where we were collecting our hire car. While waiting for the car hire desk to open we got chatting to the Concierge who talked us into agreeing to do a tour of Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek. We had to pay a $40 deposit to ensure we attended.

We finally got our hire car, a Nissan Rogue Sport, and set off to Target and Walmart to get supplies for out hotel room. We stocked up on snacks, cereal and coffee pods, not to mention Dunkin’ Donuts Pumpkin Spiced Creamer.

We dropped the supplies back to the hotel then headed back to Disney Springs to continue looking round the shops. They still had the Christmas Trees up from the Christmas Tree trail, and Christmas decorations were up everywhere, it was such a magical experience.

Dinner was in our much missed Chicken Guy, boy had I missed the Avocado Crema. So wish they brought Chicken Guy to the UK.
